Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Senior Buyer will play a critical role within our procurement team, working closely with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure cost-effective andtimelyacquisition of materials and services. This position requires strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management, and procurementexpertiseto drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

This position is part of the Procurement Department,locatedin Hemet, CA, and will be Hybrid.

• Managing purchase orders and supplier relationships to ensuretimelyand efficient procurement.
• Negotiating favorable terms, volume discounts, and long-term contracts with suppliers.
• Conducting supplier evaluations to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Overseeing the receipt ofpurchasedgoods, verifyingqualityand resolving discrepancies.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the optimization of procurement processes.
• Supporting cost-reduction initiatives and supplier optimization strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Assisting with supplier audits, contract reviews, and procurement reporting.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Procurement ora related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel (basic level required).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve procurement-related challenges using structured processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time as needed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

The Senior Buyer will work in an indoor industrial setting, with good ventilation, adequate lighting, and moderate noise levels consistent with a manufacturing environment.
