The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for coordinating daily production operations, prioritizing tasks, ensuring staff are trained, communicating roadblocks to the Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager, troubleshooting issues, and supporting departments to deliver quality products on time. The Lead will also identify improvement opportunities and help implement solutions, support bidirectional communication through meetings, and facilitate collaboration across teams.

• Coordinate and assign work to associates to meet the production schedule and customers’ on‑time delivery dates.
• Operate a powered industrial truck (forklift) to load and unload material.
• Ensure all operations follow Quality Procedures.
• Maintain detailed and current associate training records.
• Communicate associate performance and operational status verbally and electronically.
• Serve as a reliable communication source within your department and with related departments.
• Develop new, more efficient manufacturing processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot causes of defects during manufacturing.
• Facilitate regular cycle counting and inventory corrections as needed.
• Observe safety regulations and company policies.
• Support VES activities such as standard work 5S execution and use VES tools provided by Veralto.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Display a positive, collaborative demeanor to all personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior team lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production scheduling, reading engineering drawings or blueprints, and understanding work orders and BOMs.
• Strong computer skills – ability to build presentations, spreadsheets, and documents. Oracle software knowledge is a plus.

Indoor or outdoor industrial work environment with adequate ventilation, lighting, and possibly varying noise levels.

The compensation range for this role is $26.00 – $29.00 USD per hour. The range may be modified in the future. The position within the salary range will be based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business needs.
