What It Takes to Get on the Line- Experience in sewing, manufacturing, or textile production preferred
- Skilled in operating industrial/commercial sewing machines
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, assemble, and repair fabric products according to specifications
- Follow patterns or templates with precision and attention to detail
- Inspect finished goods for quality, consistency, and workmanship
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Assist with light sewing machine maintenance and report any material or equipment issues
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
