Salary Range: $71.59 To $109.28 Hourly

The Nurse Education and Special Projects Administrator will focus on community outreach, nurse engagement, clinical workflow process/throughput and nursing education. The incumbent will assist with special projects and initiatives for the nursing staff, overseeing clinical practice components of nurse education and training programs.

• Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of nursing staff, including orientation, in-service training, and continuing education.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify educational needs and competency gaps within the nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, department managers, and administrative staff to ensure initiatives align with hospital policies and procedures.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in nursing care.
• Maintain accurate records of educational activities and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback surveys and other metrics.
• Build pipeline of prospective candidates through community networks and targeted outreach events.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to improve the engagement of the nursing staff.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Master's Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a clinical education and staff development role.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification a plus.
