Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. This position is ideal for an LVN who is committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Pay Range: $29–$32 per hour, DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes

Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal resident outcomes

Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Current and active California LVN license

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
