Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing team. This position is ideal for an LVN who is committed to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.
Pay Range: $29-$32 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Current and active California LVN license
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
