Tim Moran Chevrolet seeks motivated and experienced Sales Professionals to join our team in Hemet, California.
As a Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate lasting relationships with customers. You will help them in finding the perfect vehicle and strive to meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a base plus commission sales job with a competitive annual salary of $40,000 to $120,000, paid semi-monthly. In addition, employees will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching contributions, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their needs, preferences, and budget
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the dealership's products and services
- Assist customers in selecting and test-driving vehicles
- Close sales by overcoming objections and negotiating terms
- Work with team members to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and secure future business
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, features, accessories, and financing options
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Complete sales paperwork accurately and promptly
- Attend sales training and meetings as required by management
- Utilize CRM system for lead generation and follow-up
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools is preferred
-Valid and current Sales License is preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
