Admissions Coordinator needed at a skilled nursing facility located in Hempstead, NY!!!!

Responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator:

  • Responsible for maintaining all the documentation involved with the intake process
  • Manage inquiry process
  • Handle inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc., and provide appointments that include a presentation, tour and closing.
  • Maintain updated bed ability and facility services information

Qualifications of the Admissions Coordinator:

  • Must have long term care experience
  • Must have experience as an Admissions Coordinator
  • Must have strong leadership skills
  • Must be self-driven with business development goals and ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes
  • Possess excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management and organizational skills and a great personality
