PEPI Manager M&A - EdTech (Open to all US locations) Overview

This is an opportunity to join A&M PEPI’s MI&C team and develop operational skills across the full deal lifecycle, from pre‑deal operational and synergy reviews to ‘Day 1’ planning and post‑deal execution.
Manager Role- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs using standard and innovative assessment techniques, and developing recommendations.
- Depending on deal size, lead work streams or focus areas within the Integration Management Office (IMO) – Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, Executive Reporting, Integration Roadmap, Communications, Organizational Design, etc.
- Lead day‑one and day‑100 planning, execution, and performance improvement across strategic planning, operational optimization, back‑office consolidation, supply chain, IT/reporting integration, customer and channel management.
- Track progress against day‑one and day‑100 objectives; adjust integration strategies or people as required.
- Identify and solve client business challenges, ensuring alignment with overall engagement goals.
- Develop and validate analyses, recommendations and deliverables for clients.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Drive performance improvement and post‑implementation execution.
- 5–8+ years of professional experience in corporate or consulting environments, with a focus on merger integration, business transformation, or change management.
- Operating experience or exposure to the for‑profit education sector.
- Deep functional expertise in at least one of the following:
Finance & Accounting, HR / Organizational Design, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Communications, or Marketing. - Experience leading one or more work streams in a business transformation.
- MBA preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative, critical thinking, and ability to travel up to 80 %.
The salary range is $125,000 – $190,000 annually with a discretionary bonus program. Full‑time employees earn healthcare, disability, 401(k) with discretionary contribution, paid time off, and other benefits. Please consult A&M’s benefits portal for details.
