The Department of Mathematics seeks adjunct faculty members to teach lower-division courses for STEM and non-STEM majors. Courses are taught in person. Adjunct faculty members are assigned no more than two courses in a semester.

Qualifications

* Master's degree in mathematics or closely related field.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds and be committed to equitable and inclusive pedagogy.

Preferred Quals Summary

* Experience teaching mathematics or statistics at the college level is strongly preferred.

Salary/Salary Range $1,422-$1,794 per credit

* as a good faith estimate of the starting pay range which considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and education.
