Description

The Hofstra University School of Health Sciences is pleased to invite applications for Adjunct Faculty positions in the Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Undergraduate and/or graduate teaching of speech-language pathology and/or audiology courses. Responsibilities may also include course development and delivery, student evaluation, maintaining office hours or student availability, participation in assessment of student learning outcomes, and adherence to departmental, college, and accreditation standards. Position title at the time of hiring is dependent upon previous experience.

Qualifications

• M.A., Ph.D. or AuD required.

Salary/Salary Range
$1,458-$1,711 per credit hour

* as a good faith estimate of the starting pay range which considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and education. In addition to the salary offered, we offer a collegial and inclusive culture, and a benefits program which includes generous paid time off, paid holidays, tuition remission for employees and eligible dependents, and a retirement plan with University contributions.
