Description
- The Department of Sociology and Criminology Program at Hofstra University seeks part-time, adjunct faculty to teach both introductory and advanced Criminology courses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Teaching core courses in Sociology In-person classes. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students with diverse backgrounds and be committed to equitable and inclusive pedagogy.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sociology required. Successful candidates will have demonstrated a commitment to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in an educational environment.
Salary/Salary Range - $1,458-$1,711 per credit hour
