Reckitt is seeking an IT Adoption and Change Management specialist in the United States (New York area). You will educate employees on new digital capabilities, drive adoption of AI tools, and coordinate cross-functional programs across Global Platforms, IT Operations and Enterprise Architecture.
You will implement PROSCI/APMG change methodologies, manage stakeholder communications, and build scalable training content. A strong MS 365 footprint and excellent English communication are essential.
