Job Title
Identify new and maintain existing substance use treatment program relationships along with other referral partners to obtain client referrals to NADAP Workforce Initiative Nassau (WIN) program.

Essential Functions:
- Identify new partners and maintain existing ones to increase program referrals and intakes. Complete 8-10 presentations per month both virtually and in person that result in the required number of program referrals and intakes.
- Educate clients, community organizations, and substance use treatment programs about NADAP's services through in person, phone and email outreach.
- Provide clients with a clear explanation and understanding of the WIN program, our services, enrollment requirements and program expectations to meet a minimum of 30 client enrollments per month. Collect and scan all I9 documents.
- Provide referral information to clients on how they can obtain SS card, other required documents, if needed.
- Collaborate with other WDI team members to coordinate and facilitate employment readiness, job placement, and retention activities. Participate in meetings with the Job Developer and Vocational Case Manager to discuss client progress. Serve as the primary point of contact with referral partners to provide and obtain client updates.
- Maintain detailed, accurate and timely case notes regarding client progress into electronic database.
- Log completed presentations in Credible and ensure that client documents are uploaded. Case notes must reflect all client interactions and outreach attempts. Review incoming emails and phone calls daily to ensure that all potential referrals are captured.
- Follow up with referral partners and clients who do not provide the required documentation to complete the intake. Try to re-engage them into the program. Outreach should be conducted via phone, email and text message.
- Assist clients with removing barriers to enrollment including resources for obtaining replacement 's, social security cards including free cell phone services.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports as required and data entry on presentations provided, new partnerships created and pending referrals.
- Responsible for preparing and distributing weekly email campaign to promote WDI services to potential referral partners.
- Review incoming emails and phone calls to ensure that all potential referrals are captured. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and thorough follow-up. Coordinate with other WDI team members in various capacities including active participation in weekly meetings to discuss client progress, assist Job Developers and Retention Specialist to communicate with clients as needed.
- Attend and participate in meetings, staff development sessions and in-service training as assigned.
- Maintain and execute documentation and workflow through computer-based programs and technology that draws on basic software/computer skill set.
- May be assigned other tasks and duties reasonably related to their job responsibilities. Performs other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma required with at least 1 years related work experience in employment services.
Skills and/or Experience
Required:
- Some prior professional experience working within a community-based organization or the government sector, directly serving an under-resourced population required;
Experience working in employment services or in social service-related field preferred. - Good verbal and written communication skills;
