Alvita Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are genuinely caring, compassionate, and dedicated to work with our clients across Nassau County for homecare, private duty 1:1s, and facility shift work.
Pay: $40–$45 (hourly), $80-$100 (SNV)
Shifts:
8–12 hour day or night shifts

REQUIREMENTS:
New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
One of: BLS, CPR, PALS, and/or ACLS certification
DETAILS:
Private duty homecare, facility/nursing home shifts, and private hospital bedsides
Primary responsibilities include medication management, geriatric and post-surgical care, and professional coordination with other providers (OT/PT/hospice/etc.)
