Seeking experienced maintenance technician with knowledge of machinery used in beverage bottling processes. Shall:
• Use precision inspection equipment and instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators and microscopes to verify correct part and tool placement in machines.
• Perform regular maintenance on automated filling, capping, labeling, boxing and palletizing equipment.
• Provide PLC programming and troubleshooting experience for machinery.
• Tune, troubleshoot and repair robotic pick and place systems.
• Inspect and maintain electrical servo motors and hydraulic pressure systems. MACHINES:

• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively to perform key repairs on equipment.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical capabilities, experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical systems preferred. Fantastic hourly rates and excellent overtime potential in this fast paced role.
