CPZ® Lab is a quantitative research and technology firm building AI-driven decision systems for modern finance. Based in New York, we focus on turning advanced modeling, probabilistic reasoning, and quantitative research into scalable, automated tools that analysts, quants, and investors can actually use.
Our flagship platform —
CPZ® AI Quant Studio — blends agent-based modeling, generative AI, statistical learning, and automated research workflows to help professionals move faster, think deeper, and make better decisions with less noise.
We operate at the intersection of AI research, financial engineering, and product design
, and we're building a team that cares about rigor, creativity, and meaningful impact. CPZ® Lab is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
We’re looking for an AI Research Engineer to help design and build the core intelligence behind the CPZ® AI product suite. This is a hands‑on role that blends research and engineering — ideal for someone who enjoys pushing technical boundaries while shipping real product.
