Teller, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers and visitors
• Processes daily transactions including receiving deposits and cashing checks
• Identifies counterfeit currency
• Explains and sells specialized products such as cashier’s checks
• Balances currency, cash and checks daily
• Promotes and maintains positive relations with customers
• May be responsible for bank openings and/or closings

• High School or GED
• One (1) year of teller experience required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Requires completion of Teller Fundamentals and Teller Level Up training within three (3) months

Demonstrates expertise in customer service and transaction processing, with a strong ability to identify counterfeit currency and promote specialized banking products. Proficient in balancing cash and checks while maintaining positive customer relations.
