The Shaw JCC, through the Thom and Lisa Mandel Early Childhood Education Program, seeks a seasoned, full-time Lead Teacher for a 2-year-old classroom. The role emphasizes collaboration with a teaching partner and adherence to licensing rules while delivering developmentally appropriate experiences.
We value a CDA credential (or higher in Early Childhood Education), toddler classroom experience, and strong communication with families and colleagues.
