Senior Project Manager – Healthcare, Commercial

• Lead winning new business, project management, and staff development within the Healthcare and Commercial practice
• Provide technical, engineering, and business leadership for projects across healthcare, commercial, institutional, and related market sectors
• Oversee and participate in engineering and project delivery to achieve quality, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives
• Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion
• Allocate department resources for utilization, workload balancing, and employee development
• Define, scope, price, and align new opportunities with client needs and company objectives
• Support business development through proposal preparation, interviews, conferences, industry engagement, networking, and client meetings
• Lead, mentor, and develop Designers, Engineers, Project Managers, and other staff
• Provide staff direction, facilitate goal setting, conduct performance reviews, and hold regular one-on-one meetings
• Provide technical and engineering support to other departments and conduct quality reviews
• Review project invoices and ensure accurate, timely billing
• Travel to project sites and client locations as needed
• Work at locations that may feature construction-site terrain
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of 10+ years of professional engineering and project leadership experience
• Experience managing complex facility projects and multidisciplinary project teams
• Leadership and supervisory or people-management experience
• Strong proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or related building systems design
• Working knowledge of design and construction processes, building systems, contract management, and project delivery methods
• Basic understanding of Architectural, Electrical, Civil, and Structural Engineering construction practices
• Superior project management skills and knowledge of related tools and processes
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences and synthesize ideas into actionable recommendations
• Strong planning, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with computer technology and business software, including Microsoft Office
• May include up to 25% domestic travel
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification preferred, or willingness to pursue this designation
• Experience in consulting engineering preferred
• Established client relationships within healthcare, commercial, institutional, or related markets preferred
• Experience managing projects within healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, institutional facilities, laboratories, research environments, or similar complex building types preferred
• Must not require visa sponsorship
