PLANNING & ZONING DEVELOPMENT PLANNER/FULL-TIME
Salary Range: $40,000-$45,000
Franklin County Government is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Staff Planner (Land Use).
Duties include:
- Assists planning staff with the administration of planning, zoning, subdivision, and development regulations, coordination of development plan and plat proposals with the Technical Review Team
- Reviews all Zoning Permit applications for conformance with applicable regulations
- Participates in the development of planning policy and changes to land use regulations
- Attends meetings before the Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustments as required
- Performs deed and plat research as needed
