Matthew 25 AIDS Services is a non-profit healthcare clinic that specializes in the treatment of HIV/AIDS.

The Revenue Cycle Manager oversees the financial operations related to patient care, ensuring accurate billing, efficient claims processing, and timely collections. They are responsible for managing the entire revenue cycle, from patient registration to final payment, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as expertise in healthcare billing and coding.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily oversight and management of the Billing & Coding Specialist, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to organizational standards.
- Improve revenue cycle management by optimizing billing processes, reducing denials, and accelerating claims processing.
- Enhance patient data collection processes to ensure accurate capture of key data points critical for generating clean claims.
- Manage provider credentialing processes to maintain compliance with accreditation standards and contractual obligations.
- Maximize program income from third-party payers through efficient claims management.
- Participate in leadership training and HIM/Revenue Cycle management education to stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Initiate and facilitate changes in HIM practices to align with regulatory updates and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HIM-related projects and initiatives effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management) required, or equivalent experience across multiple areas of the revenue cycle
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare finance required.
- 1-2 years of experience in personnel supervision, budgeting, financial management, and nonprofit experience.
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in service driven environment.
