American Woodmark Corporation, now part of Master Brand, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR, safety/compliance, and training functions at our Kentucky facility.
You will work with hourly employees, assist in recruiting, and help maintain records, benefits, and policy guidance while ensuring SQDC goals and a safe workplace. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years HR experience, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and bilingual Spanish is a plus. Some travel may be required.
