Stock Yards Bank & Trust seeks a Helpdesk Technician to be the first point of contact for end users in a Windows PC environment. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues and provide Tier 1 support in a fast-paced banking setting.
Responsibilities include basic network troubleshooting, configuring and relocating equipment for new or transferring employees, assisting with deployment activities, and managing user accounts. Travel to branches as needed is required.
