Maintenance Clerk

Performs preventative maintenance administration, inventory control, vendor management and part requisition for the Maintenance team.

• Preventative Maintenance Program administration. MC inputs pm’s into ERP system, issues pm’s to maintenance staff, issues requisite parts/lubricants, etc. to maintenance staff, enters completed pm’s into ERP system.
• Parts Inventory Control. MC will clean, organize, and inventory all current on-hand repair parts, equipment, lubricants, etc. MC will enter inventory in ERP system and will maintain and administer the ERP system to maintain an accurate inventory within the system.
• Parts Requisition. MC will order and receive through the ERP system all repair parts, equipment, lubricants, etc.
• Vendor Management. MC will be the primary TSW Point of Contact for deploying and tracking external maintenance resources. Ops Manager and General Manager will assist.

• Windows/PC proficiency. MC will be regularly interacting, inputting, and maintaining the ERP system. Furthermore, MC must have basic Excel, Word, and Outlook capabilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer Associates Degree.
• Maintenance or Purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
