Quality Operator – 3rd Shift (Comac Plant)

We're looking for a detail-driven Quality Operator to help ensure every product we ship meets the highest standards. In this role, you'll play a key part in protecting our customers and our reputation by inspecting machined die cast parts and supporting production teams on the floor.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Perform final and in-process inspections using control plans.
• Identify defects and initiate containment actions when needed.
• Support production teams with quality checks and best practices.
• Help train operators on inspection methods, safe work habits, and basic equipment use.
• Verify proper documentation, labels, and workstation standards.
• Communicate issues quickly to operators and leadership.
• Step in to support team coverage during breaks and downtime.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of quality-related experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills (percentages, measurements, etc.).
• Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed processes.
• Comfortable using computers and manufacturing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (forklift) certification.

• 3rd Shift position.
