Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder is responsible for folding customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. The position maintains a clean work area and is on a performance‑based incentive pay structure, requiring the Product Folder to meet or exceed a production standard for folding product, with additional compensation tied to exceeding standards.
