Join our team as an Aluminum Casting Press Operator, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality die-cast components using advanced high-pressure casting equipment. • Operate high‑pressure aluminum casting presses to meet production and quality targets
• Monitor castings and identify defects or irregularities
• Troubleshoot die issues and communicate concerns to leadership
• Perform minor die repairs and assist with die and sleeve changes
• Follow standardized work instructions and shop floor processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (7‑S standards)
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous production flow

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred (casting, metal forming, or automotive environment a plus)
• Ability to work in a hot, fast‑paced production setting
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

• Fall protection and harness use
• Lockout/Tagout procedures

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Capable of lifting, standing, and working in varying temperatures
• Comfortable working at heights (with proper training and equipment)
