Production Operator
Essential functions include keeping the work area clean, maintaining accurate records, following test procedures, adhering to safe fork truck operation, communicating with shift leaders, troubleshooting and adjusting equipment, and assisting line mixers and operators. This role requires timely and regular attendance, with regular hours from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM or 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM, and mandatory overtime based on business needs.
Skills needed include safe and responsible operation of manufacturing equipment, basic math skills, troubleshooting processing problems, following setup sheets, strong communication skills, and attention to quality and detail.
