Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
  • Monitor patient health by taking vital signs, observing symptoms, and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers.
  • Assist with patient assessments, care planning, and documentation of nursing activities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post‑care instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following infection control and safety protocols.
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Kentucky.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required;
    Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred for RNs.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.

This position involves working in a fast‑paced healthcare setting, which may include hospitals, clinics, or long‑term care facilities. Candidates should be prepared to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
