Center Well Home Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled, one-on-one care in patients' homes under the Clinical Manager, helping patients regain independence through personalized care plans with physicians and clinicians.
You will administer medications, perform wound care, educate families, oversee Home Health Aides, document care, and coordinate with the care team. A $10k sign-on bonus is offered; RN licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license are required.
