We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Henderson, KY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and record vital signs and other relevant information.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Kentucky.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
