Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store and in establishing action plans to accomplish departmental and store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Supervises employees in the absence of the Store Manager and trains staff;
Provides knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments;
Promotes and sells services and merchandise;
Protects the company assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures
