This position will be responsible for fulfilling a customer’s online curbside order.

** What You’ll Do
** As a Digital Clerk, you’ll help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by shopping their orders quickly and accurately, creating an easy pickup experience from start to finish.

You’ll:
* Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experience
* Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs
* Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership
* Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed
* Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift
* Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards
* Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines
* Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup
* Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

In short: you’ll turn online orders into easy, reliable, “right-on-time” pickups.
** What You Bring
** You don’t need to know everything on day one, we’ll train you. What matters most is your service mindset and attention to detail.
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly
* Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred
* Past cashier experience preferred
* Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
* Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way
* Past online ordering experience a plus
* You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
