About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador
, you will play an important role in enhancing the customer experience while helping generate new business through referrals and neighborhood outreach around recent installations.
You’ll be the friendly face of our company in the community - ensuring customers are thrilled with their project while introducing neighbors to our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct post-install inspections to ensure project quality and customer satisfaction
- Generate new leads through customer referrals and neighborhood outreach around recent installations
- Collect customer reviews and testimonials through follow-ups and conversations
- Take professional before-and-after photos of completed projects
- Assist with service claims and customer concerns when necessary
- Provide customer feedback to help improve our services
- Represent our brand with professionalism and positivity in the community
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in canvassing, lead generation, sales or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to take clear, professional photos
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
