This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based at AM Ford in Jefferson, OH. The Sales Specialist is responsible for greeting and engaging customers, identifying their vehicle needs, and presenting suitable options from the dealership’s inventory. Daily activities include conducting test drives, explaining features and benefits, preparing price quotes, and guiding customers through financing and purchase processes in a clear, ethical manner.

The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, following up with leads and existing customers, updating CRM records, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets. The Sales Specialist will participate in ongoing training and support dealership promotions and events to enhance customer traffic and satisfaction.

• Sales skills to qualify customer needs, present options, negotiate within guidelines, and close transactions.
• Training and Sales Management exposure to support personal development, contribute to team performance, and follow dealership processes.
• Basic understanding of automotive products and willingness to learn detailed Ford vehicle specifications.
• Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and digital tools for lead management and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site, including evenings or weekends as needed, and to stand or move for extended periods.
• Previous experience in retail, automotive, or other customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
