Electro Mechanic I

Sonoco -  - Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on production and utility equipment and apply RCA techniques to improve and eliminate future problems;
Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with work orders and documented service level procedures and workmanship standards;
Document all maintenance tasks in an accurate and timely manner using the computerized maintenance management systems (CWORKS);
Execute routine preventative maintenance, daily checklist and predictive maintenance, equipment verification checks;
Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic machine operations, electric motors, conveyors, air compressors, air conditioning units, vision systems, Vorne system, etc.
