The role is full-time, 7a-3:30p, and includes tasks from appliance repair to fire safety inspections and even occasional Health Center runs.
You should be customer-service oriented, self-motivated, able to climb stairs and ladders, hold a valid Ohio Driver's License in good standing, and be licensed/certified in HVAC.
