- Develop complex Oracle queries, packages, procedures, views, and materialized views.
- Optimize database performance and tune high-volume claims processing transactions.
- Work with large healthcare datasets involving Members, Providers, Claims, Benefits, and Authorizations.
- Develop and support real-time and batch integrations between Pega and Oracle systems.
- Create data models and database designs supporting healthcare workflows.
- Build and optimize Pega Case Types, Flows, Decision Rules, and SLAs.
- Troubleshoot production issues involving both application and database layers.
- Participate in architecture discussions and database design reviews.
- Support Agile development, testing, deployment, and release activities.
