In Person | Full-Time | Nicklin Community Management
Nicklin Community Management is seeking a strong accounting professional to support financial operations across multiple HOAs. This role works directly with Staff Accountants and the Controller and is ideal for someone with solid accounting fundamentals who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Support financial report preparation
- Assist with AP/AR processing and vendor compliance
- Assist with reserve tracking, CDs, and FDIC limits
- Support audit and tax preparation
- Strong accounting background (Staff Accountant-level candidates encouraged, salary based on experience)
- High attention to detail and deadline-driven
- HOA/property management experience preferred
