We are partnering with a premier commercial real estate firm in Las Vegas to identify an Independent Project Senior Accountant / Consultant. This short‑term consulting engagement focuses solely on executing cleanups for commercial retail budgets and deep Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations.

• Oversee full‑cycle operational budgets and comprehensive Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations for retail portfolios.
• Audit and interpret tenant financial parameters across complex Triple Net (NNN), gross, and modified gross lease structures.
• Extract property‑level accounting data from Yardi to construct sophisticated, clean working reconciliation models in Microsoft Excel.
• Deliver independent financial cleanup support while coordinating reporting milestones directly with the designated Senior Accountant.

• Seniority:
  Senior Accountant or Manager‑level accounting profile capable of working completely independently.
• Domain Expertise:
  Verified expertise in commercial retail budgets and CAM reconciliations.
• Software Fluency:
  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (the primary tool where the actual reconciliation work is performed).
• Years of experience: 5 years.
• Experience level:
  Experienced.

Salary: $33 – $57 per hour.

Shift: First (8 AM – 4 PM).
