Itinerary Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable Itinerary Operations Coordinator to support clients with the coordination and organization of detailed plans. This role is well suited for candidates in Nevada who are process-driven, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a structured environment.

In this position, you will assist with researching options, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all information is accurate and clearly communicated. You will serve as a key support point for clients, helping ensure plans are organized and adjusted as needed. Strong documentation skills and professionalism are critical to success.

• Collect client requirements, preferences, and schedules
• Research accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Coordinate and confirm bookings and arrangements
• Prepare itineraries, confirmations, and planning materials
• Support changes or updates when required
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
