At Tegel, our distribution and logistics teams play a critical role in keeping food moving from our sites to customers across the country. We’re now looking for a detail-focused Offsite Warehouse Administrator to support our Henderson site and help keep our offsite storage and transfer processes running smoothly.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administrative control of product transfers between Tegel and offsite storage facilities. This is a hands‑on admin role where accuracy, organisation, and follow‑through really matter.

You’ll be the person making sure transactions are captured correctly, documentation is in order, and any issues are spotted and resolved quickly.

What you’ll be doing
  • Capturing and maintaining transfer transactions accurately in M3
  • Processing customer orders and coordinating these with offsite storage providers
  • Ensuring orders are completed on time and discrepancies are followed up
  • Scanning, filing, and maintaining transactional documentation on Tegel systems
  • Completing daily reconciliations of offsite transfers and escalating issues where needed
  • Supporting a safe, compliant working environment with a strong focus on Health & Safety
  • Providing general administrative support to the logistics function as required
What we’re looking for

You’re someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in accuracy, and stays calm when things get busy.

  • Strong administration, planning, and organisational skills
  • Confidence working with systems and data, including strong Excel and Word are essential
  • Previous administrative experience in FMCG or logistics is highly beneficial, as is an understanding of working within a production environment
  • Experience with ERP systems (M3 experience is an advantage, but not essential)
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve how things are done
  • Experience in invoicing, credits, reconciliation, or logistics administration will be well‑regarded.
