We are seeking an experienced House Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee the operations of a high-profile private residence that also functions as a business headquarters. This role combines estate-level household management with hands-on personal and scheduling support.
The ideal candidate is operationally strong, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable balancing physical household responsibilities with calendar and travel coordination.
ROLE SUMMARYThis is a dual-function position responsible for:
- Managing the daily operations of a 15,000+ sq ft private residence
- Supporting the principal with scheduling, travel logistics, and personal administration
The role requires strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Household Operations- Oversee daily operations of a 15,000+ sq ft private residence
- Manage vendors, contractors, and preventative maintenance schedules
- Supervise and coordinate household service providers
- Oversee high-volume package intake, inventory systems, and storage coordination
- Maintain organization standards across personal and business-related assets
- Ensure seamless household flow during principal presence and travel
- Maintain discretion and security standards within the home
- Prepare and organize luggage for travel, including wardrobe selection and equipment packing
- Maintain organization of travel gear between trips
- Coordinate with Travel Agent for travel logistics including flights, itineraries, confirmations, and ground transportation
- Manage general shipment coordination related to events or travel
- Assist with logistical support during travel days and local events
- Work with Chief of Staff to manage the principal’s daily calendar, including appointments and reservations
- Coordinate medical and personal appointments
- Maintain scheduling accuracy and ensure timely confirmations
- Communicate with external partners to ensure schedule alignment
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively address them
- 5+ years of experience in House Management, Estate Management, or Property Management
- Experience working in a private household or luxury residence
- Experience providing personal assistant or executive-level scheduling support preferred
- Strong background in vendor management and maintenance coordination
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
- Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working within an active family household environment
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation commensurate with experience. Competitive within the Las Vegas market for hybrid estate and personal support roles.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background screening, confidentiality agreement, and pre-employment drug testing in accordance with Nevada law.
