Administrative Assistant
JOB LOCATION:
Las Vegas, NV – This is an in-office position.
WORK STATUS:
Full-Time, Hourly, W-2 Employee
WORKING HOURS:
This is an in-office position with the general working hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
COMPENSATION: $20.00-$25.00 Hourly
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The primary role of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the PFC Training, and PFC Group of Companies Corporate Administration Team.
DUTIES &
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
At the direction of the Director, PFC Training and/or PFC Training Coordinator, perform necessary administrative duties and functions, while supporting HQ teams as required.
Office Management:
Coordinate daily office operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient office workflows.
Document Preparation and Management:
Prepare, edit, and distribute various documents, reports, student manuals, certificates and presentations, while maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Communication and Correspondence:
Assist Training Coordinator with handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and act as a liaison between departments and external contacts.
Data Entry and Database Management:
Enter and maintain accurate data in organizational databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Scheduling and Calendar Management:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinating with PFC travel for executives and PFC Training team member travel.
Assist with Academy of Protective Studies administration, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Possess general understanding of Accounting & Finance department data requirements for information sharing and records keeping.
Assist as needed with daily administrative functions and office tasks.
Daily email correspondence and phone calls.
Provide telephone back-up to ensure continuous phone coverage is maintained. Requires prompt and pleasant answering of telephones and taking accurate messages.
Assist as needed with various administrative duties, including composing correspondence, compiling reports, word processing, spreadsheet creation, and manipulation of reports.
Manage, organize, and maintain various filing systems.
Support company vehicle fleet including registration, insurance, and regular maintenance.
Assist as needed with general clerical tasks (copies, printing, data entry, etc.).May be assigned other duties and special projects supporting management and overall operations.
Liaison between administration and operations for any support needed for current and future operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS &
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
at least 24 months of experience in office / administrative related role in corporate settings required.
Able to maintain and keep a private investigator license in the state of Nevada (our company will sponsor)
Ability to pass a standard background check, drug screening, and possess a valid US passport or driver's license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/TOOLS/EQUIPMENT:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working with LED screens, laptops and other standard office equipment.
Requires the ability to listen attentively, see clearly and communicate effectively in a variety of settings.
Ability to climb stairs.
