Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Specialist role located in Henderson, NV. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, supporting financial operations, and conducting data analysis to ensure smooth business processes. Other day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining organized records, assisting in client communications, and collaborating with team members to manage operational needs.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft office specifically Excel and Word

Minimum 2 years CRM Experience (Salesforce, Oracle, ect)

Minimum 2 years ERP Experience (E-Automate specific)

Minimum 2 years Google Suite Experience (Google Drive, Gmail ect)

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Administrative Assistance skills to oversee office tasks, maintain records, and support organizational functions
  • Analytical Skills to assess data and improve workflows and processes
  • Basic understanding or experience in Finance to assist with related tasks
  • Proficiency in organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with office software and tools
  • Prior experience in office or administrative roles preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
