Overview
Our Nevada Geomatics Group is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team in Henderson, NV.
Your role- Prepares meeting minutes and general documents as required in the standard company format.
- Develops and maintains project filing system.
- Arranges meetings, as required.
- Assists in the processing of sub-consultant invoices regarding project(s).
- Assists in the maintenance and update of project(s) accounting reports.
- Assists in the preparation, compilation, and distribution of project status reports.
- Maintains project photo progress reports.
- Enters monthly updates to jobsite and project/office directories.
- Works on special projects as assigned by Office Supervisor and/or Project Manager(s).
- Assists in preparation of bid document packages, distribution and tracking from initial stages of bid solicitation to contract signing.
- Closes-out and archives project files.
- Performs such other assignments as the Supervisor may deem necessary from time to time.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) plus two years related experience OR an associate degree in a related field.
- Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good decision‑making abilities. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must have demonstrated organizational skills; the ability to provide complex, confidential administrative support in a high‑profile environment with tact and diplomacy; the ability to work with multiple deadlines and multiple priorities; the ability to work across a variety of projects and with diverse constituencies; and flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work in a changing environment.
- Must thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
Expected compensation range is between $20‑30 hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
