The OpportunityOur client, a growing and well-established financial services firm in the Henderson / Greater Las Vegas area
, is seeking a personable, polished, and highly organized Client Experience & Front Office Coordinator to become an integral part of its team.
This person will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will play an important role in creating the welcoming, professional experience the firm is known for. At the same time, this is much more than a traditional receptionist position. You'll become a key resource for the entire office, helping coordinate day-to-day operations, supporting the firm's professionals, and learning how the different areas of the organization work together to serve clients.
For someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping an office organized, and wants to build a career within a professional and relationship-driven environment, this is an excellent opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing- Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the office, greeting clients and visitors and creating an exceptional first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, understand the nature of client inquiries, and efficiently connect callers with the appropriate team member.
- Help ensure the office is consistently organized, polished, and ready for client meetings.
- Coordinate conference room readiness, meeting materials, office supplies, refreshments, and other details that contribute to a high-quality client experience.
- Manage incoming mail, deliveries, outgoing client communications, and other front-office logistics.
- Provide administrative and project support to advisors and other members of the team as needs arise.
- Assist with client communications, appointment reminders, and other ongoing relationship-management initiatives.
- Participate in approximately two client/prospect seminars per month
, helping welcome attendees, support the event, and coordinate follow-up appointments. - Develop an understanding of the firm's overall client-service process so you can effectively direct questions, anticipate needs, and support different departments.
- Take ownership of the small but important details that keep a busy professional office running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is someone who is naturally warm, polished, proactive, and service-oriented
. You enjoy interacting with people but are equally comfortable handling the behind-the-scenes administrative work necessary to keep an office organized.
We're particularly interested in someone who:
- Communicates professionally and makes people feel immediately comfortable.
- Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done.
- Can juggle multiple priorities while remaining calm and personable.
- Enjoys being part of a collaborative team and helping wherever needed.
- Is comfortable learning new systems, processes, and responsibilities.
- Takes genuine pride in creating a professional and welcoming environment.
- Wants to learn the business and become a valuable long-term member of the organization.
This is an opportunity to join a successful, growing financial services organization where client experience matters and the front-office professional plays an important role in the firm's success.
Rather than being limited to answering phones and greeting visitors, you'll have exposure to the broader business, interact with clients and senior professionals, participate in events, and learn how the firm's various departments work together.
For the right person, it's an opportunity to get your foot in the door of the wealth management industry, develop valuable professional experience, and grow alongside an established organization while becoming an important part of the client experience.
