The Opportunity:

Position Summary:Tetra Tech is seeking a Project Administrator to provide full-time onsite administrative and team coordination support for a major design and construction program at Nellis Air Force Base. This highly visible role supports Government stakeholders and the embedded Tetra Tech team through meeting coordination, document and action management, calendar support, correspondence, visitor and workspace logistics, and day-to-day office operations. Success in this position requires exceptional organization, responsiveness, discretion, professionalism, and a service-oriented approach.
The Project Administrator must be comfortable working directly with Government and contractor personnel in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Provide daily onsite administrative support to Government stakeholders and the Tetra Tech program team, serving as a responsive and professional point of coordination for routine program needs.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, conference rooms, agendas, attendance, meeting materials, minutes, action items, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain organized program files, correspondence, contact lists, trackers, logs, and records in accordance with established PMIS and document-control processes.
- Support the preparation, formatting, routing, and distribution of reports, presentations, letters, meeting packages, and other program documentation.
- Coordinate onsite logistics, including visitors, badging and access coordination, workspace needs, supplies, equipment, deliveries, and team events as assigned.
- Handle sensitive or time-critical information with discretion and maintain appropriate confidentiality.
- Anticipate team needs, track follow-up items, and help maintain a welcoming, organized, and high-performing onsite environment.
- Communicate professionally with Government stakeholders, contractors, consultants, vendors, and Tetra Tech personnel while providing responsive customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree may substitute for or complement relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, office management, executive support, or a similar professional role.
- Strong interpersonal, customer-service, written communication, organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced team environment.
