• Carry out in depth diagnosis's on a range of vehicle and system faults using OEM methods, tooling and schematic’s, document and report.
• Perform warranty and routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers for outside‑of‑normal servicing requirements.
• Utilise advanced diagnostic tools to solve complex issues and provide high‑quality solutions.
• Ensure all work aligns with manufacturer repair guidelines and Inchcape standards.
• Conduct quality checks, road testing, and complete vehicle servicing logbooks accurately.

• Minimum of 2 years' post‑apprenticeship experience in a fast‑paced workshop with strong diagnostic capability.
• Current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate (WOF authority is a plus but not essential).
• Passionate about delivering top‑notch automotive services with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
